She had me return the garter so she could fix it for free. She also offered to pay the fee for the return. I chose to pay myself, but the offer was great customer service. I received the mended garter back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

How do I measure for my garter?
Measuring your leg for a garter is easy! All you need to do is
take a flexible measuring tape and measure around the part
of your thigh where you would like to wear your garter (approximately 4-6 inches above knee, or wherever is most comfortable for you).
If you do not have a flexible measuring tape, you can use a string to measure around your thigh and cut it to the exact measurement, then lay the string out on a yardstick or stiff measuring tape.
I custom make all garters according to each customer's exact leg measurement and will account for any stretch needed for a comfortable fit, so you do not need to figure that in to your measurement.
Are garter sizes in inches or centimeters?
Our garter sizes are calculated in inches. However, a size conversion chart is listed below for your convenience.
12 in = 30 cm.
13 in = 33 cm.
14 in. = 36 cm.
15 in. = 38 cm.
16 in. = 40 cm.
17 in. = 43 cm.
18 in = 46 cm
19 in. = 48 cm.
20 in. = 51 cm.
21 in. = 53 cm.
22 in. = 56 cm.
